We watch your data feeds so your team doesn't have to
Most small funds depend on a few vendor feeds and have nobody whose job is to watch them. We do that job, inside your own AWS account.
Why we built it
Vendor data breaks quietly. A column gets renamed, a file arrives half empty, a number from last quarter changes. Large firms have a data engineering team to catch that. Smaller ones find out when a model does something strange.
We check every file before your team sees it, keep an exact copy of what each source sent, and tell you each morning where every feed stands.
Small on purpose
We take on a limited number of clients and run them all the same way: the same release, on AWS, set up in each client's own account. Every setup stays well understood, and a fix for one client's source reaches everyone who uses it.
Deltarecord is run by one engineer, with a backup engineer on retainer. Both work from the same written runbooks, and each signs in to your account with their own MFA.
Built to keep running without us
Your setup runs on its own schedule in your account and sends the morning report from there. It doesn't depend on our systems being up.
If you leave, or if we ever stop, you keep every release you ran and your setup keeps running. Only upgrades and our operations stop.
